Summary: I must say, Nikki and her husband are the best hosts. From the moment we walked in the house, no detail was missed. The kitchen is fully stocked with, pots, pans, and dishes and a wonderful bottle of wine was waiting for us. Plenty of outdoor toys to keep our little one busy and our adult children active. It rained most of our trip and there was plenty to do to keep us busy. The movie room was a great treat. I can’t recommend this place more. There’s not much to do in town, but if you’re going somewhere to relax and enjoy the lake, this is your place!

Summary: Many great houses have names to convey their magnificence, e.g., Briar Creek, Summer Hill, etc. This house deserves a name! It is simply lovely. My family and I stayed for four days, and it was four days of bliss. The house is well-appointed and simply and elegantly decorated. No matter where your eye falls in the house, you will find beauty. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with items to prepare and serve meals. The house has an abundance of towels and extra linens--even a pack & play and sleeping bags! The master bedroom and bathroom are fit for royalty. The other bedrooms are beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. This beautiful house was immaculately clean and the host provided staples, such as toiletries, paper towels, tissue paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent to get us started. It was clear to us that so much thought had been put into making sure that we enjoyed our stay. The patio and backyard that abut the lake are fabulous with lots of seating areas to sit back and relax and enjoy the lake and natural beauty. We spent many hours just relaxing there. Nikki is a wonderful host and made sure that we knew she was available to address any issue at a moments notice. There were no issues; our stay was perfect! If you are going to stay in Lake Wedowee or the surrounding areas, run not walk to this home as both it and its hosts are among the best I've ever encountered on any rental platform.

Summary: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing home on Lake Wedowee. From its beautiful enterior, super fun theatre , awesome dock and no stairs to get to the water !!!! Our entire family loved our stay and can't wait to book again :)

Summary: every year we seek to spend time on Lake Wedowee . One of my favorite places ever. I tend to browse rentals and have been renting properties each summer on Wedowee for 6+ years. This property is well beyond luxury. The grounds are well kept and access to the lake is so simple for everyone - just walk a few steps down to the water . The way you would imagine living on the lake . Inside - too many neat & well designed aspects of the house to mention. kids loved the movie theatre - Dad loved the professional kitchen - Mom loved the beds & insanely comfortable spa like bathrooms - wonderful host as well . She ensured we were comfortable & I got the sense that she would have assisted us with anything we would have needed - but you will not at this property. Comfort all around - look forward to next year

Summary: Amazing house! Everything was clean, organized and top quality. Stayed here with 2 other couples and our infants and there was plenty of space. The backyard/dock was kid friendly which was a huge plus. Definitely going to be staying again.
